I wish I could remember where I first saw this . . . in a YouTube video about breed specific yarn spinning, no doubt. The trick: instead of winding your in-use fiber to the brake or the screw that’s used to hang your feeding tool, use a bit of velcro to secure it!
I don’t always use this trick, but when i need a quick escape from the wheel (child in need, chihuahua barking to get outside, someone’s at the front door), it can be a real lifesaver.
