Video Tutorial: Spinning Lap Waste (Mill Ends)

Hi everyone! I’m off to a conference this week . . . and things are, well, a bit crazy! But my posting policy: better late than never 🙂

As many of you know, my dear partner in all things fiber (and life) is a top Amazon reviewer–and, as you might imagine, it affects many, many things around our household. For instance, we all expect cameras to be running at every possible moment. We open and close doors quietly, try not to interrupt (or worry) when we hear Spencer talking to himself, and are ready to jump in to help with production at a moment’s notice. In addition, we have all heard a lot of reviews and everyone is getting more and more comfortable speaking our minds on film.

Perhaps this is why I found myself in front of the camera last week: Spencer suggested that we make a series of fiber/knitting vidoes. I was psyched: time with fiber and with Spencer? Yes,please! So, he  filmed, I talked, and he produced a lovely video.

I am pleased to introduce the first (of hopefully many) video tutorials! First up: Spinning Lap Waste!  We’d love to know what you think AND what you’d like to see in future videos.
