Hi knitter folk! I’m back post-yarn launch with a podcast FULL of sweaters! Well, two sweaters and a third that I can’t quite talk about yet. My Rosenblom Genser is finished *Yay* and I have a Chimney sweater for the elusive teenager that lives in my house 🙂 Plus all of the plusses: Ravelry favorites, a Shorn yarn update, new podcasters to watch, and a giveaway winner for the Georgia Camden print. oOOOO and I have 2 skeins of Shorn to giveaway–not just one! So be sure to get in on that giveaway! Come hang a while?

Giveaway Info: To win (another) skein of Shorn, leave a comment here, on the blogpost for this episode, or on the Ravelry thread. Please let me know what you would make from the yarn–a favorite pattern for a DK 3-ply yarn! I’ll draw a winner in one week via random number. Please note: international winners are responsible for their own postage costs. Good luck!
SHOW NOTES:

No matter the Yarn weight all I ever make are Legwarmers, WristWarmers, fingerless Mitts & Cowls (Fancy NeckWarmers :). I’ve got a few WIP sweaters would love to finish ‘em but I lack the patience & enjoy a Quick finish!!

I bought one skein and it is so beautiful I am having a hard time making a decision. I may add other yarns to make a color work or simply striped vest.

I would definitely make a scarf for one of my dearest friends. The cream color is her preferred color. The yarn I currently have in mind would not give the best stitch definition for the cables. I will check out some of those recommended podcasts. I am always looking for new ones. Have a great week! Regina

I think I’d really like to make a pair of fingerless gloves. With lots of cabling. TBH I’d like to make a sweater, but of course one skein won’t do it!

Hi Melissa! Always love watching your podcasts! Shorn looks like it would make any number of amazing projects! One that been in my favourites for a while is Joji Locatelli’s Hipster Shawl. I think this would look awesome!
