Hello everyone! Welcome back to the yarn room! Today, I have a finished hat–and test knitting call; an update on my Azami sweater; a new TV Knitting KAL; and the prize winners for the 2022 1st to 51st Sweater KAL 🙂 If you stay til the bitter end, you’ll find a lovely surprise that includes the knittingthestash official mascot, Tink! I hope you’ll hang a while. ~Melissa

Love the hat and sweater. We used to devour the Mon Tricot magazines my oldest sister used to occasionally buy in the early 1970s. Meg Ryan wears a great red cabled sweater in When Harry Met Sally and I have a couple of screen shots of the legendary Telly Savalas in Escape to Athena sporting a skin-tight cabled sweater with a shawl collar.

How fun to hear, Pamela! I love that you all could read the magazines as they came out in the 1970s!! And thanks for the movie sweater reference, I’ll just *have* to rewatch one of my old favorites 🙂
